I love hentai, and I love network porn sites, so I expected to love

Hentai Passport. Between 13 different sites, they basically have two

sites for every style, from erotic manga, to 3D animation, comic-book

and airbrushed formats, weird styles that remind me of early 80s

American cartoons, and downright chibi. It promises daily updates and

has decent pricing - $1 for a 3 day trial, or about $20 per month if

you buy for 3 months. Interesting features include iPod and

Playstation Portable downloads, with more than 8,500 videos and 2.1

million images overall.

When you pay and log in, you get lists of featured videos, sorted by

which network site it's from, plus links to each site's full member

area. Every entry in this view is dated, rated, and tells you whether

it's video or pictures. This page makes it easy to start enjoying the

network's offerings, but the shallow navigation left me thinking,

“that's it?” The answer is no – individual sites have much better

navigation with more choice on how to browse.

Some sites in the network are actually dirty cartoon games, rather

than movies. Also, some of the media files are of live people, not

animation or cartoons. Some of the navigation links are media links

for sites in the network, and some are links to third party sites, not

all of which present you with more than a tour.

dollar for a 3-day membership is enough time to grab what you want and

go, but I see nothing to justify even the discounted $20 monthly

membership for their longest-term plan.
